I would easily recommend Middletown Motorcycles. Just for the superb and honest service that I have received. After taking my 1976 Suzuki GT 250A to another local dealer for disgusting service, I found George, through a recommendation of Pro Cycle. He is a wizard with older bikes and truly is a craftman with a wrench. My bike had been unfortunately, improperly stored for the winter. My fault. He tore down my carbs completely, acid-dipped them and gave me a new State Inspection. His shop rates and quality are without equal. If you have an older bike, I highly recommend Middletown Motorcycles.

I cannot recommend this shop for service. I went to this shop for service on my 1976 Suzuki GT 250. I was told that they could easily service my bike. All I needed was just a tune-up and a VT State Inspection. I left them my bike and finally got it back a month later. It wasn't the time it took that bothers me as much as when I picked up my bike . It took them easily a 1/2 hour just to get it started. Then on the way home it ran much worse then when I dropped it off. All this and I was charged $400.00 for a tune-up, new front tire and a bad running bike. Never will I'll darken their door again for any thing.

I agree with what Carlos had to say some what. The store isn't really to great. We had bought a gem from Ronnies Cycle sales in VT. We were looking for a atv for our daughter and they had told us this was the best one they could give us it was a suzuki 50cc that might go at the most of 10mph. We had contacted them on numerous occasions because it was very slow. they told us there was a restrictor in it because she was a child.(there wasn't) The quad isn't worth what they sold it to us for .
We walked around the store for awhile when we went to pick it up. But the day we were there to give them the money they were readily to talk to us. But if they already got your money you may wait all day to get there attention. Business hours also change seems like week to week.

Entering this small shop is like entering a tomb. I've entered the shop on numerous occasions and the staff never inquires whether I have any questions. I think I could walk in with a bundle of hundred dollar bills in my fists and still no one would turn from their conversation. Could I knocked down one of their bikes and still be ignored? Also, I'm led to believe the shop has trouble keeping mechanics because on two occasions when I've tried to scheduled service they hesitated to guarantee that a mechanic would be on duty on the desired date. Take your business elsewhere! Support good dealers.

This is a used bikes and maintenance/repair shop. Pete,
the owner, is friendly, honest and generous with information. Used bike prices are just a
tad high, but not outrageous. Dave, the mechanic, is accurate and knowledgeable. All
we've bought there is one little 1977 Suzuki GT185 learner bike for me. Other than that,
we've taken their time asking them scores of questions about bikes we were considering.
They are never too busy for us even though we bought our GPz 1100 and CB-1 privately. We take our bikes there for
modifications, maintenance and (God forbid) repair. If you ever need parts or service (or
a used bike) in Vermont, we recommend these guys.
